Say "hello" to an easy bedtime (how does 5 minutes sound?), longer naps, and your little one sleeping 10-12 hours a night.
This is about your baby…
When we consider how a baby sleeps, it isn’t about one segment of sleep, or a box you force your baby’s sleep to fit into. We understand that each child and family is unique, therefore how we do sleep is too!
Using a 3 step approach with 3 pillars of sleep, we are able to make the adjustment to healthy sleep intentional and effective. This doesn’t mean you’ll be chained to the crib, in fact quite the opposite!
Hey there! I'm Anna
It’s been said that you’ll never know what true exhaustion feels like until you become a parent, it's so true! When my daughter was born, I learned that truth very quickly!
Figuring out how to get my baby to sleep, so that I could sleep, became my #1 priority.
In October 2018 I did my certification and became a Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach and started Little Winks Sleep. I am so thankful to wake up each day well-rested and knowing we have helped over 1500 other families do the same!
Our team of Certified Sleep Coaches is here to help you teach your little one to sleep 10+ hours a night using a gentle parent present approach!
Just know that whatever you want IS possible. If 1500+ other parents can do it, you can too!
Say "hello" to a Certified Sleep Coach and "goodnight" to:
Bedtime taking FOREVER
Rocking, bouncing, singing to sleep
Multiple night wakings
And early mornings!
