To say I value sleep is an understatement. I wasn't always this concerned with sleep but after having my first child and going through months of sleep deprivation with her- I broke.    

One night as I was frantically searching the internet for answers I found the solution. Friend, I knew after the first night this was a game changer!

As a military family (both my husband and I serve) having a solid and consistent night's rest for the whole house is critical.

Teaching my little girl to sleep had such a positive impact on my entire family.
